If you want an honest company this is it. Here is my story. I called one of those big, monster companies in town and after a few minutes of looking at my air conditioner they said that it is too old and that replacement was my only option. That is a big investment so I decided to get a second opinion. I called
Air Conditioner pro and they said that I don't need a replacement and that they could fix it . . . and they did just that for a very fair price. This company is the best --- not too big that you are just a number and not too small so they have the staff and resources to help. And their honesty is the best of the best!

Began my search with quotes from the industry 'standards', who were only interested in pushing monthly rental programs. Met with Al from Novel Care, who was unassuming in his sales approach, and very knowledgeable from his service background.
We were prompted to replace our 13 yr old builder quality AC& Furnace because they were broken and not working. Not only did we receive a higher category product from Novel Care compared with other competitors, but they also came out to repair our existing furnace for free while we waited to get our schedules together so that we would not be without heat for a week.
